I used some new Langnickel royal sable filberts on this painting. It was a good experience using those brushes. I did this painting to get used to the new brushes and to see what they could do. I was shooting for reasonable drawing/value/color quality. I plan to experiment with the brushes a bit more before bringing the level of fundamental quality up more.
