I was trying to do a charcoal sketch in a painterly way for this sketch. There are some issues with measurements of the anatomy of the face(the forehead is too short). I have decided to do charcoal drawings until I have a better grasp of drawing,values, and edges. I plan to do this for quite some time to hopefully change the way I paint.
